This policy explains what CatalyxRise Consulting Pvt Ltd (“CatalyxRise”, “we”) does with personal data collected through catalyxrise.com. It is written to describe our actual practice rather than to cover every eventuality, and we would rather it were short and true than long and vague.

What we collect, and why
This website has no accounts, no logins and no tracking beyond what is described below. There is exactly one way you can give us personal data: by filling in one of the two enquiry forms.

We do not buy contact data, we do not enrich what you give us from third-party sources, and we do not add enquirers to a marketing list. If you write to us about an S/4HANA migration, you will hear back about an S/4HANA migration.
What happens to an enquiry
When you submit a form, two things happen. The content is e-mailed to our enquiries mailbox, with your address set as the reply-to so that answering you is a single click. The same content is also written to a file on our own server before the e-mail is attempted, so that a mail outage cannot silently lose your message. That store is not reachable over the internet.
Enquiry records are deleted after 24 months. (TO CONFIRM: 24 months is the system default; set it to whatever your retention policy actually says and change this number to match.)
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is read by CatalyxRise staff who need to answer it. Beyond that, personal data reaches only the service providers that make the website and its mail work:
- our e-mail provider, which carries and stores the notification message;
- our hosting provider, on whose infrastructure the site and the enquiry store run;
- if you have consented to analytics cookies, the providers used to measure site traffic. You can change that choice on our Cookie preferences page.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. (TO CONFIRM: name your e-mail and hosting providers explicitly here — a policy that will not name its processors is weaker than one that does.)
Where it goes
Our systems are operated from India. If a provider processes data outside India or the EEA, that transfer is made under the safeguards that provider offers. (TO CONFIRM once the hosting and mail providers are chosen.)
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what personal data of yours we hold, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. You can withdraw a consent at any time, and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it. Write to info@catalyxrise.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Deleting your data means deleting your enquiry from the mailbox and from the enquiry store; nothing else on our systems refers to it. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority; in India you may complain to the Data Protection Board.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The enquiry store sits outside the public document root and is not reachable over the web. Attachments are restricted by file type and size. Access to the mailbox is limited to the staff who answer enquiries. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise — if a breach affects you, we will tell you.
Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will publish the revised policy and, where the change affects data we already hold, tell the people affected.
